Patient Summary

This patient underwent her first facial rejuvenation procedure at the age of 70.  Her main concern was the tired appearance of her upper eyelids and redundant neck skin.  She exhibited years of sun damage, therefore  a chemical peel was suggested.  Note in her three month after photos the rejuvenation of her eyes without the narrowing or changing of their shape.  The most dramatic result is the improvement in her jawline and excess neck skin seen with the lateral or side view.

This was accomplished with a composite approach, so the result is natural without telltale signs of “being done.” Many patients presenting for facial surgery express concern of “changing their appearance.”  As clear in the standardized before and after photographs, she remains herself but with a rested, refreshed, and younger look.
